As part of the AI Business Consultant educational program at Hyper Island, and in cooperation with AI Sweden, worked on the assignment "AI Strategy Concretization for Region Östergötland" between December 2021 and April 2022.
Co-led a cross-functional AI concretization initiative.
Facilitated the working group focused on AI competence and workforce planning for Region Östergötland, defining the organizational structure and responsibilities for a future AI Center of Excellence.
The project brought together senior administrative leaders, hospital managers from various departments, and experienced clinical practitioners from across the organization.
Several parallel workgroups addressed the strategic AI pillars of legal, governance, data, and competence, collectively building a holistic foundation for scaled AI adoption.
My responsibility was facilitating the AI competence and workforce development group, bridging strategy, change management, and operational reality.
